 Hello i try to make a programm for show battery voltage in top taskbar but i not able to creat a form whithout title bar how make this ? i try made a prog like programm in attach (for PDA)

And how make small program ? when i make exe file the filesize is ~400kB but in programm i have only one form and 2 sliders, and as result program is very big i think (i use on swapi)
